Shipping & Returns
Unfortunately, since our products are printed and embroidered on demand, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will accept a return within 30 days of the original purchase. Simply send us an email at email@example.com with "RETURN" in the subject line for instructions.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note it can take 1-2 billing cycles before your refund is posted to your account by your bank.
Since our products are printed on demand, we only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with "EXCHANGE" in the subject line for instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Since we only accept returns/exchanges for defective or damaged items, we will gladly provide you with a pre-paid return label. If you are exchanging a defective or damaged item for the same item, we will also cover the cost of ground shipping for your replacement once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Shipping internationally (outside of the United States) may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Please note that this fee is your responsibility.
